About me

My name is Giulia (Taricco). I love nature, simplicity, and the word "space." Trees and small birds are an inexhaustible source of nourishment and wonder for me.

Born under a fire sign, I am intense and enthusiastic, and I am learning to embrace the different nuances that each element brings; water reminds me to let myself flow, air invites me to lightness, earth reminds me that life is in the body, and that grounding oneself within it is an immense resource. It is a journey of integration and harmonization.

I have learned, and continue to learn, that as easy as it is to get lost in thoughts, stories, and narratives about who we are, real life happens in the body. It reveals itself to us through the sensations and emotions we encounter in the present moment; it is up to us to listen closely, and learn the intimate and powerful language through which the truest part of us—our Self— reveals itself to us.
